How does it work?

Sales audit

The best place to start is at the beginning. Before we can come up with solutions, we first need to understand how you are currently operating and what the challenges are that you are facing.

Some of what you are doing will be working, and some won't. 

We’ll do a full assessment across your commercial organisation ranging from strategy and market analysis, through to team composition, playbooks and KPIs. We’re not starting from scratch: we are looking to identify what’s working and worth doubling down on, what might need some tweaking and what’s missing entirely that could deliver you some quick wins.

Action plan

Now that we know what is not working, we will design a bespoke and detailed action plan to get you where you need to be.

This will include a plan for any team hires needed, a sales methodology to help you streamline your sales process and a sales to ensure that you are winning more deals with a clear path to rapidly increasing your revenue. 

Execution

The best plan in the world is useless if it isn't executed properly. We will be with you every step of the way to ensure that the strategy is followed and executed in a way that will deliver results. 

We look to achieve this in approximately 6-12 months depending on your particular sales cycles, and will be there to ensure that you stay motivated and get the results you deserve.
