Your best deals shouldn't depend on who closed them.
Four to seven weeks inside your sales function, depending on the size of your organisation. You get the truth about what's working, what isn't, and exactly what to fix first.
The CRM says the pipeline is healthy but the forecast keeps missing. Your best people hit their number and nobody can explain why the rest don't. Deals stall for months and die to "no decision" rather than to a competitor. You suspect the problem, but you're too close to it to see it clearly, or too senior for anyone to tell you.
It's not for you if you want a report to wave at the board. Everything in the audit is built to be acted on.
This is for you if:
Two streams, because you can't wait twelve months to fix Monday.
Stream one: tactical fixes, immediately.
Things I find in week one that you can change in week one. A qualification question nobody's asking. A deal review that's a status update instead of a coaching session. Deals that should have been qualified out a quarter ago, quietly inflating the forecast.
Stream two: the strategic assessment.
An honest, written view of your sales function against what a repeatable engine actually requires: ICP focus, qualification discipline, value proposition, pipeline hygiene, meeting cadence, team structure and skills. Prioritised, sequenced, and costed in effort, so you know what to fix first and what can wait.
If the answer is "your sales function is fine, your problem is elsewhere", I'll tell you that too. It's happened.
Four to SEVEN WEEKS, Minimal DISruption
I sit in your deal reviews and sales meetings. I listen to real calls. I read your pipeline deal by deal, not as a spreadsheet summary. I talk to your salespeople, your founders, and ideally a customer or two. Then I write down what I found and stand in front of you to defend it.
You get the findings in a working session, not a document dump: what I saw, what it costs you, what to do about it, in what order.
What it costs
Between £10,000 and £20,000, depending on the size and complexity of your organisation.
You'll have a fixed price before we start, and it doesn't change.
FIND OUT WHAT’S ACTUALLY BROKEN
Thirty minutes, no pitch. If the audit isn't the right move, I'll say so on the call.
Want to see the system first?
The MEDDICC playbook is the qualification framework I install in every engagement, written up properly.
