Advice is easy. Execution is everything
Your sales leadership, sized to your organisation. I don't hand you a plan and wish you luck. I run it with you until it holds without me.
This is for you if:
You know what needs to change, roughly, but it never sticks. Deal reviews drift back into status updates. The playbook is in three people's heads. You're not ready for a £250k+ full-time CRO, and the truthful answer is you don't need one yet. You need the engine built, and someone senior enough to build it inside your team, not from a slide deck.
It's not for you if you want someone to blame. This works as a partnership: I bring the system and the scar tissue, your team does the selling, and we're both accountable for the outcome.
The unglamorous work that compounds.
I run your sales meetings and deal reviews, and turn them into coaching sessions that help people sell rather than interrogations that help management report. I coach your team on live deals, in real time, deal by deal. I install qualification discipline (MEDDICC) and pipeline hygiene with real quality gates, so the forecast becomes something you can defend. I write your playbook from what's actually winning in your deals, not from theory. And when it's time to hire, I help you hire into a working system, because a playbook before people is the difference between a hire that ramps in weeks and one that fails in month nine.
You also get the operator's eye: I've run fintech businesses as CEO and CRO. When I sit in your board meeting or your pricing discussion, I've been on your side of the table.
Sized to fit. Six months. Then you shouldn't need me.
The shape depends on your organisation: for some clients it's a couple of meetings a week, for others a full day a week embedded with the team. Most engagements start with the sales audit, so we're executing against evidence rather than assumption. From there it's a weekly rhythm: deal reviews, pipeline sessions, coaching, and the strategic work in between. We measure progress on leading indicators, qualified pipeline, deal velocity, forecast accuracy, not just the lagging number.
The explicit goal from day one is to make myself unnecessary. The system, the playbook, and the habits stay with your team. Typical engagements run three to six months. If you still need me after twelve, one of us has done something wrong.
